I am not wearing a standard size. How can I order a dress which fits me perfectly?
It’s easy! You just need to fill a form with your measurements and we will create your customized dress. You can find your measurements form in your personal area or directly on the product page. If you have any doubt regarding measurements and how to take them you can follow the tutorial video, contact the customer care by email: support@elodiebrides.com or chat.
If you are wearing a standard size look at the size guide on each product page to determine the best size for you.
How do I measure myself?
It ‘s very easy and we’ve made a tutorial video to show you However if you still have doubts you can write an email to support@elodiebrides.com, our tailors team will help you.
How can I buy a product on your website?
It is very fast and easy:
1. Choose your dress
2. Select your size or insert your own measurements for custom dresses
3. Get a total look, choosing the best accessories
3. Add selected products to your shopping cart
4. Check all products characteristics and delivery date
5. Register to the website , if you haven’t done it already
6. Check if everything you want is inside your cart then proceed with payment

14. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and prepaid cards, wire transfer and afterpayments (with PayPal and up to 2000€ order value).
In case of wire transfer the payment should be processed within 2 days from the order, addressed to:

What is your return policy for bridal dresses?
Our goal is to provide a stress-free shopping experience and make sure you love your purchase. In the unlikely event you won’t be satisfied with your dress and/or accessories we are here for you: you have 14 days from the day you receive the order to return it (* custom made dresses are not eligible for returns, for more info please read our Terms&Conditions)
What is your return policy for bridal accessories?
How do i return?
Return procedure is very easy and quick, you just have to:
enter your personal account on the website
select the “return a product” area
enter registration email address and order number related to the product/s to be returned
select the item/s to be returned
select the reason for it
select preferred refund method
select method of sending the return back: collection organized by the Seller or courier selected by the Customer
Once the procedure is completed and eligibility for return confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from containing the shipping label (in case of choice of collection organized by the Seller) and the instructions to be followed in order to return the goods.
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition, not worn, altered or washed
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- NOT custom made ones

24. How do i ship back the items?
How soon will i get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed by email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. You can also check the status of your returnal process in your personal area. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10 working days after approval.
