5. SHIPPING&DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery times are specified at the time of purchase, according to the type of product selected – ready to ship or made to order – and destination.
The Client can follow the status of the order by accessing the personal area on the Site.
In any case the Seller is bound to delivery times. Delivery times might be subject to delays due to majeure forces. Any variation to the delivery date will be promptly communicated to the Client.
At the time of the dispatch , the Client will receive an email containing the tracking number necessary for monitoring the delivery.
If the Client doesn’t receive the goods or the shipping is delayed the Client should contact customer care at orders@elodiebrides.com adding order number as email subject.
In case of delivery destinations outside the European Union, customs fees will be paid by the client/recipient of the goods.
The client or the recipient of the Product, upon delivery, should check product/s integrity, quality and type. If the client harbors any doubts about product/s integrity, should indicate it on delivery receipt: indicating reservation in writing because the package is damaged or refusing to accept delivery handing it over to the courier which has delivered it in the first place.
